Software Development Lead
We are seeking an experienced software development lead to join our growing fintech company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and scaling web applications, with expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality, scalable web apps, driving architectural decisions, and shaping technical direction. They will also collaborate closely with product and design teams to ship meaningful features fast, mentor junior/intermediate engineers, and raise the bar on code quality.

Requirements
* 5+ years building and scaling web applications
* Expert in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
* Strong communicator, thrives in a remote and autonomous environment
