We're hiring a Senior UX / UI Designer to join our exciting start-up team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creativity, take on a proactive, hands-on approach, and have a proven track-record of working closely with developers.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in making designs for the web, experienced in Figma, and comfortable working in an agile process.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and their needs
* Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts
* Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces
* Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
* Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration
Requirements:
* At least five years of experience as a UI/UX designer
* Experienced in making designs for the web
* Experience with Figma
* Experience with Jira would be an advantage
* Working closely with development teams
* Experience applying UI/UX Design in an agile process
