Client Success Manager
About This Role:
We're seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to drive client satisfaction and growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide clients through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
* Regularly check in with clients to review performance, provide strategic insights, and optimize their marketing campaigns.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to help clients scale their businesses.
* Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working with internal teams to resolve any challenges.
* Educate clients on best practices for using marketing automation and CRM tools.
* Track client success metrics and proactively reach out to offer guidance and improvements.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
* 2+ years in a client success, account management, or customer service role (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or home services industries).
* Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Minimal accent for clear and effective communication with U.S.-based clients.
* Experience using GoHighLevel, Slack, and ClickUp (or similar CRM and project management tools).
* Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and proactively address client concerns.
* Results-driven with a passion for helping clients succeed and achieving high retention rates.
* Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
