The Billing Administrator (“BA”) provides exceptional internal and external client service, working directly with clients and with partners, practice staff and partner assistants to provide key financial management tasks critical to the firm’s financial performance. BAs are responsible for managing their partners’ financial management activities including invoice preparation, WIP and accounts receivable management, and reporting.

Skills and attributes
* Advanced in French and English. Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes including a numerical aptitude
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Proven interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong technical skills in Excel, internal systems such as Google Mail, Google Hangouts, other Google applications and the firm’s proprietary accounting software (iPower).
Experience
* Experience in accounting (AP/AR) and/or relevant financial management
* Client service and experience supporting senior level staff is an asset
* Experience working in a professional services firm is an asset
* Understand the importance of have a correct information management
* Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
* Correct Information Security Management
