We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator.
Job Description
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and sites.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where necessary.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in the training event or program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices if required.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.

Requirements:
* Experience in learning delivery management and/or operations (2-4 years)
* International work environment exposure
* High-level understanding of the training landscape
* Customer service-oriented posture
* Team player
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized
* Prioritization skills
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems
* Cornerstone or other LMS knowledge is an added advantage
* Fluent English mandatory
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
