Senior Initiative Lead
We are seeking an experienced Senior Initiative Lead to drive delivery execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment. This role sits at the center of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving.
What You'll Do
1. Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion
2. Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
3. Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
5. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
6. Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
7. Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
8. Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
9. Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
