This role will be responsible for managing key client relationships after the sales process, ensuring campaign success, and driving business growth through data insights, strategic consulting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients following the completion of the sales process, serving as a strategic partner in the day-to-day management of advertising campaigns.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign effectiveness, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
* Translate client needs into actionable insights for the Product and Operations teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform and service delivery.
* Lead training sessions and onboarding initiatives related to the Kwai for Business platform, empowering clients through technical knowledge and self-sufficiency.
* Develop strategic action plans to maximize the value of our solutions and foster long-term relationships with key accounts.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure strategic alignment and drive sustained account growth.
* Uphold a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering an exceptional, proactive, and solution-oriented experience to our partners.
Requirements
* 3 to 5 years of proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the technology, media, or digital advertising industries.
* Solid understanding of digital performance metrics, such as CPM, CTR, CPC, and ROI. Proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into practical actions.
* Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a consultative approach to client engagement.
* Demonstrated organizational skills, autonomy, and a proactive work style. Hands-on experience with digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
* Experience in managing digital campaigns across short-video or entertainment platforms.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, media planning systems, or marketing automation platforms.
* Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
