Job Purpose The AI Agent Manager serves as the key technical and strategic resource for the company’s AI applications, with a focus on designing, building, operating, and managing complex AI agents. This role translates high-level business requirements into functional AI agent architectures, manages the full agent lifecycle (including advanced prompting, tooling, maintenance, and performance optimization), and ensures robust, measurable business outcomes. The Manager owns the agent-building roadmap, advanced prompt engineering, agent configuration and deployment, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to drive successful AI adoption across the organization. Duties and Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and agents using low-code/no-code and prompt-based platforms (e.G., multi-step prompt systems, agent frameworks). Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions, especially for internal process automation (e.G., media planning, operations, finance workflows). Configure and optimize multi-step AI prompts (“blueprints”) to automate complex tasks across different tools and systems. Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand use cases and define solution logic. Act as a bridge between business teams and technical infrastructure, ensuring solutions are usable by non-technical users.
