This individual will be responsible for providing advanced-level support for our global data network, serving as level 3 support for all network-related tasks and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure and ensure its reliability and security.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructureProvide 3rd level troubleshooting for all LAN/WAN alerts and issuesMaintain all monitoring and reporting systemsProduce and maintain documentation for all systems deployedPerform on-call duty for non-business hours support as per shift assignmentsPerform administrative tasks pertaining to time entry and status reportingConfigure and install various network devices and servicesPerform network maintenance and system upgradesMonitor performance, system availability, and reliabilityMonitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planningWork within established configuration and change management policiesImplement security tools, policies, and proceduresLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionMaintain 24x7 availability for supportConduct technical trainings to internal resourcesRequirements3+ years of experience in a network support roleCCNP Certification requiredB.A. Degree / B.S.
