Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to delivery.
Your primary goal will be to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients to meet project objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Responsibilities:
* • Plan and coordinate project activities, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress
* • Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports
* • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
* • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Trello. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and applications hosted in cloud environments.
