AI Leadership Role
This position involves leading cross-functional teams in the development of large-scale ML and LLM systems.
* Drive the full lifecycle of AI development, from research to deployment
* Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, research, and infrastructure leaders
* Evaluate AI initiatives for measurable business impact
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor machine learning engineers, data scientists, and MLOps professionals
* Oversee end-to-end ML project lifecycle: data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
* Provide technical direction for distributed training, model optimization, and system architecture
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning
* 2+ years of team leadership in delivering ML/LLM systems in production
* Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
