Role Overview:
As a Transformation Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving business and technical requirements forward. You will ensure seamless coordination, guarantee timely delivery of solutions, and facilitate their effective adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine project deliverables, foster efficient execution, and promote organizational growth.
* Leverage Scrum practices to drive team excellence, conduct regular Scrum events, enhance collaboration, and maintain transparency.
* Work closely with Product Owners to optimize backlog priorities, identify obstacles, and implement strategies to boost quality outcomes.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encourage best practices, and empower teams to self-organize and work together effectively.
* Ensure alignment with organizational values, promote sustainable pace, and facilitate synergy among teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* At least three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* A minimum of four years of experience in the IT industry.
* Mastery of Jira and Confluence tools for process efficiency.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent Spanish language proficiency.
* Advanced English language proficiency.
