Corporate IT is the backbone of our business, driving our competitive advantage through technology objectives, solution assessments and technical solutions.Our team helps develop seamless IT experiences and support for internal employees by providing responsive helpdesk services, stable networks and reliable systems.As a Helpdesk Engineer, you'll implement IT operations according to policy, interpret IT-related issues on both system and user sides to meet corporate requirements and provide technical support in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionTechnical Support:Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure smooth computer operation.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain documentation and update technical support knowledge.Asset Management:Maintain inventory, handle asset management and liaise with vendors.Network Infrastructure:Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools.Beyond Day-to-Day Operations:Perform first-level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports.Required Skills and QualificationsWe're seeking individuals with:Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and OS (Windows and macOS).Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN technology.Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge of Linux server administration.Professional qualifications like Microsoft Certified/CCNA are a plus.Knowledge of Cisco device setup and configuration is a plus.Benefits and Working ConditionsAs a Helpdesk Engineer, you can expect:To work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.To be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering quality IT experiences.To have opportunities for growth and professional development.To be enthusiastic and willing to learn and adapt.To have good interpersonal and communication skills.To possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
