Technical Delivery Lead
The Technical Delivery Lead will be accountable for:
* Managing key customer relationships across multiple technology domains
* Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment through effective leadership
* Ensuring regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress
* Conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess project performance
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring highest satisfaction levels
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
* Collaborating closely with customers to ensure clear understanding and documentation of project scope
* Leading teams across various technologies to achieve project objectives
* Working with the project management office to implement quality control measures
* Proactively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks to minimize impact
