This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving revenue expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Account Management: In charge of existing clients within assigned territories.
* Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* New Business Acquisition: Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Customer Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet objectives.
* Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
