Job Description
We are seeking an experienced delivery leader to oversee the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role will be responsible for translating business priorities into actionable plans, driving clarity, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered with consistency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, communication skills, and experience working effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders.
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion
* Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
