We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil.

At Conduit, we believe in a world where anyone can frictionlessly send and receive any asset at any time. Our first step in building towards that vision is enabling cross-border transactions that are drastically faster, cheaper and simpler. As we scale the business, we are looking for an outstanding Business Development Representative in Brazil to join us through this next phase of growth.

Our company is globally distributed, offering the opportunity to collaborate with coworkers across the world. This role requires availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.

About You

You have a deep passion for financial technology (FinTech), cryptocurrency, and experience within the payments space. You will be part of a strong team helping to build the foundation for Conduit in the LATAM region.

About the Work:

* This is a key hire for Conduit as we look to expand our team in Brazil. This position will have you finding and cultivating relationships that directly lead to new clients on to the Conduit platform with the ultimate goal of driving increased Assets Under Management toward company goals.
* Able to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, ask questions.
* Experience in full sales cycle and have the ability to execute pipeline strategy.
* Persuasive and natural relationship builder.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Sales aptitude with results orientation - ability to prospect, negotiate and close.
* Able to learn, report back, collaborate, and document sales process.
* Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
* Capable and comfortable with necessary communication and CRM tools in use.
* Fluent Portuguese and English skills.
* Able to deliver presentations and demos effectively.

Nice to Have

* Crypto, DeFi knowledge.
* Experience working in financial services and cross border payments.
* Experience working in an early stage startup.
* Network of contacts in region.
