Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * English fluency
 * 2-4 years of professional experience in high-paced environments
 * Ownership mentality, proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative
 * Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls
 * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
