Sales Pipeline Growth Specialist
This role is ideal for individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding career in digital marketing. As a Sales Pipeline Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts.
You will need to optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data, launch and iterate experiments weekly, and map lead → SQL → Revenue. Additionally, you will present insights that kill waste and scale winners, run monthly reviews, set client expectations, and pitch growth plays.
To succeed in this role, you must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for B2B SaaS, be fluent in HubSpot (or similar) + Google Tag Manager, and be able to juggle multiple accounts solo. You should also have expert-level communication skills and be an independent thinker.
