**Essential Responsibilities**
- Manage the CF6 Overhaul Organization.
- Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
- Team management of salaried employees.
- Develops operational plan for the own department.
- Works together with business leadership at SPB and EB level.
- Works on cross functional teams.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aviation Engineering and/or Operation Management.
- Experience in Production Supervision and people management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
