As a project management professional, you will be responsible for leading a fast-paced automotive UX study in São Paulo. Your duties will include orchestrating day-to-day study operations, assisting in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, and providing light device/IT support to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management & Coordination
* You will build and own the project plan, working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead, and run stand-ups with distributed teammates.
* Field & Research Execution
* You will moderate in-vehicle sessions, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data, as well as translate consent forms, short surveys, and session notes between Portuguese and English.
* Technical & Logistics Support
* You will prep, track, and recover equipment used to execute the study, troubleshoot participant hardware, connectivity, and account issues, and document and iterate on SOPs.
Requirements:
* Residence/Work Authorization: You must be based in the greater São Paulo area and have the legal right to work as an independent contractor in Brazil.
* Language: You should have native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken and written).
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar.
* Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace, project-management suites, basic spreadsheets, and willingness to learn proprietary research platforms.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, proactive communication, and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.

* This is a 3-month contract, ~40 hours per week, with remote work most days and up to 2 weeks of on-site fieldwork.
