IT Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT talent acquisition specialist to support end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates across multiple IT positions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
* Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
* Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
* Experience recruiting in the Brazilian market
* Good communication skills in English and Portuguese
* Experience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcing
Preferred Skills:
* Experience hiring for global or remote roles
