Main Activities Contribute to the KSA business development through management information and analysis, supporting relevant decision-making processes. Knowledge and Skills: Professional Skills: Financial planning evaluations, managerial info analysis. Technical Skills: SAP – ERP module, basic knowledge of IFRS and Financial Consolidation. Key Attributes: Adaptability, commitment, communication, planning, organization, good interpersonal relationships, and ability to identify internal control loopholes and suggest improvements. Responsibilities Support Management with info and analysis: including support to the MIS area with TP drivers, identifying opportunities in Cost & Sales, and assisting regions with profitability analysis and opportunities in product mix and pricing. Ensure implementation of identified opportunities. Coordinate cost planning activities related to the factory (Co-packing): inventory and cost planning standardization, production data entry monitoring such as raw material costs, consumption deviations, technical list updates, UEP, plant idleness, and fixed cost allocation. MEASURE CRITERIA Opportunities identified and implemented: monthly sales price simulation, TP simulations, detailed cost/sales analysis. Production cost accuracy and inventory control: adherence to cost activities checklist, divergence monitoring, idleness computation. Monitor sales processes: monthly sales as per rules and IFRS, revenue recognition. Management reporting: monthly managerial P&L, variance analysis, key driver computation. Budget responsibilities: monitor discount/TM spending vs. budget, analyze variations. RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Internal Audit/SOX: assist with requirements and implement recommendations. Analysis: analyze customer performance, oversee pricing activation, review and improve pricing process.
