Deliver projects under the defined IT Framework ensuring that each gate is approved and the Final Project Charter and deliverables are met on time, scope and budget as agreed. The Project Manager in conjunction with the project sponsor will also define the project’s objectives, what is in scope, the deliverables and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle The Project Manager is responsible for the communication and documentation management procedures; including maintaining a central project file in SharePoint Direct and manage project development from beginning to end Ensure project has the proper approved documentation to submit the gates passage. Ensure project is initiated with a business case and right approvals Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks. Provide day to day direction to the project technical team and weekly project status to the sponsor (or Program Manager), local Manager, PMO, and main stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables are delivered with quality and on schedule. Establish work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Ensure resource availability by negotiating internal resources or external ones Implement project communication plan. Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans. Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives. Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Review status reports prepared by project personnel, and modify schedules or plans as required. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans Define program success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise Project Team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements Requerimentos: Preferred Qualifications Minimum Qualifications, Formal Education, Certification or Equivalent - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience - Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Working Experience - Nature and Length - A minimum of seven (7) years direct work experience working as a project manager in a corporate IT environment in medium to large organizations under a PMO - Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms - Expert with a high level of analytical ability where problems are typically unusual and difficult - gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data - Having experience managing projects like the ones below is a plus:
