**Responsibilities**
- Support the company’s ambitious growth targets by hiring people on average better than the (terrific) people we currently have.
- Update HRIS
- Develop innovative techniques to source and attract qualified talent
- Coordinate across departmental lines with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with the HR team in other countries
- Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
- Participate in decision-making as a member of the team
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting
- Experienced with ATS/HRIS and Social Media Platforms
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive high-volume recruiting
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Strong, reliable home internet service and a fully-functional laptop
- A quiet environment to work
- Noise-canceling headset
- Ability to cohesively function as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English (Fluency level)
