Sales Executive Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Italy as a travel destination and experience working in the luxury travel or hospitality industry.
This role requires strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will have a well-established network of high-end travel agents and agencies, ideally focused on the Brazilian market.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and Sell Luxury Travel Services: Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel agents and agencies in Brazil and other key markets.
* Tailor-Made Itineraries: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized travel experiences that meet the needs of the luxury market.
* Brand Awareness and Business Generation: Attend trade shows, events, and meetings, both virtual and in-person, to build brand awareness and generate business.
* Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Luxury Industry Experience: Proven experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry, particularly within the luxury segment.
* Italy Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Italy as a travel destination, including key cities, regions, and local experiences.
* Network and Sales Skills: A well-established network of high-end travel agents and agencies, ideally focused on the Brazilian market, and strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese and English (knowledge of Italian is a plus).
