**What are We Looking for?**
DELIVERY MANAGER (remote position)
- A vibrant and energetic leader whose team will consistently achieve results through building client confidence and maintaining client satisfaction
- Self-starters with a curious mind and the ability to use initiative
- A creative problem solver with exceptional people management skills and the ability to foster a progressive team environment
- A dynamic communicator with excellent command of the English language
- Prior experience working in a B2B environment with the ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- A focused executive whose years of experience will drive productivity while exceeding KPIs and other deliverables
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team (minimum of 30 members) with various roles
- Foster a productive and supportive work environment
- Consistently deliver services that exceed client's expectations
- Build proactive communication and drive results collaboratively with other DMs and stakeholders
- Develop creative and effective roadmaps for team success and growth
- Contribute to expansion whilst minimizing revenue leakage or client churn
