About the Role
As a seasoned Agile delivery expert, you will play a pivotal role in leading teams to achieve high-quality, predictable delivery across Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives.
* Prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and refine user stories to define sprint goals.
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity), manage scope and identify/remove impediments.
