Job Overview
We are seeking a salesperson with a consultative profile to join our team as a Gerente de Contas – 100% Presencial | Cachoeirinha, RS at IPV7 .
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and be able to work autonomously, with a focus on opening doors and closing deals.
Responsibilities
* Prospect new companies and generate opportunities (outbound)
* Attend to qualified leads from campaigns and content (inbound)
* Conduct meetings with decision-makers (C-Levels, Legal, IT)
* Present solutions with a consultative approach
* Negotiate and close contracts
* Maintain the sales funnel updated in the CRM
Requirements
* Experience with B2B consultative sales
* Autonomous, analytical, and goal-oriented profile
* Good communication, active listening, and strategic thinking
* Organization to manage pipeline and follow-ups
* Desirable: experience in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity
* Differential: previous experience in the Armed Forces with proven good behavior will be considered a positive differential
