Technical Leadership Role
We are seeking a skilled IT leader to oversee the end-user experience and support team. This is a technical leadership role that involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-user support experience, resolving technical issues for macOS, Windows, and mobile devices via Slack, Jira, and other enterprise channels.
* Design and implement automation processes using Bash, Zsh, Python, and integrate Okta, Google Workspace, and other SaaS applications.
* Provision, configure, and manage endpoint and mobile device management tools, including Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, MDM, and EMM.
* Develop cloud-first infrastructure, network, and security policies, and contribute to existing knowledge bases.
* Oversight of hardware onboarding and retrieval for new and outgoing employees, coordinating logistics and customs compliance.
* Respond to critical incidents and help desk tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues within agreed SLA metrics.
Requirements:
* 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite).
* Proficiency in automations using Bash, Zsh, Python; familiarity with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki).
* Experience integrating SSO, Okta, and GSuite; strong API integration skills.
* Remote support experience across multiple time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware with customs knowledge.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create clear help articles and documentation.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills – network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), OSI troubleshooting methodology.
* Self-management, strong task-management, and ability to scope projects independently.
