Job Description
Your Mission
Responsible for building analysis and solutions, taking insights to support strategic business decisions at Shopee. Connect different teams and work together to map a situation, detail the action plan and implement/improve results daily.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Map and interpret the strategic needs of our business to transform them into feasible and actionable tasks. Follow up implementation and monitor results.
Problem structuring and analysis. Framing complex problems in a structured way, recommending actions based on analysis results and business priorities.
Work with different stakeholders to implement action plans, getting involved in all steps of the implementation to ensure execution with excellence.
Support peers on specific roles related to campaign planning, portfolio performance per channel, profitability control, cost optimization performance monitoring, among others.
Build leadership presentations and actively participate in management meetings.
Requirements
Completed graduation in related fields.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Presentation tools.
Advanced English.
Desired: SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
