Goal Cleaning LLC is a growing commercial cleaning company serving the Greater Philadelphia area. We are expanding our marketing efforts and looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support our campaigns and systems.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Assistant with hands-on experience using GoHighLevel. This role will support daily marketing operations, manage automations, and help generate and nurture leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, and contacts
* Build and maintain funnels, email, and SMS campaigns
* Set up and monitor automations and workflows
* Assist with lead generation and follow-ups
* Update landing pages and marketing content
* Track campaign performance and report results
Requirements:
* Proven experience with GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)
* Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
* Good written and spoken English communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in digital marketing or lead generation
* Familiarity with social media management
* Basic knowledge of paid ads (Google, Facebook)
Compensation:
$5 per hour, up to 15 hours per week
