Our team provides professional consulting expertise to resolve conflicts through fact-finding and critical analysis. This involves conducting due diligences and investigations worldwide, resolving disputes, and collaborating with in-house and outside counsel on internal or regulatory inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Research using public databases, commercial and proprietary databases, and the internet.
 * Conducting site visits and interviews of identified sources.
 * Planning research time and tasks to meet project objectives.
 * Developing an understanding of research tools and methods.
 * Identifying patterns, abnormalities, and interpreting their meaning within a context.
 * Organizing findings methodically for analysis and reporting.
 * Verifying and corroborating pertinent findings.
 * Identifying gaps and following leads within project parameters.
 * Presenting accurate findings to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Strong research and analytical skills.
 * Investigative abilities.
 * Prior experience in investigative or research roles is preferred.
 * Effective writing skills to summarize information.
 * Financial proficiency and skills are beneficial.
 * Experience in forensic accounting, investigations, business intelligence, finance, or due diligence is advantageous.
 * Able to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
 * Advanced language skills, particularly in Spanish and English.
 * Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
