Customer Success Role
Titan is a no-code platform within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team in North America.
* Serve as primary contact for assigned customers ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and adoption.
* Lead discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders to position Titan as a core system and focus on maximizing its value.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* 2-4 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS company.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer-facing abilities.
* Hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes of Salesforce or other CRMs.
Requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new situations.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
