Commercial Account Manager Job Description
This is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships. Key objectives include developing effective account plans, fostering strong connections with clients, and consistently meeting sales targets.
* Account Management:
o Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
o Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer bases.
o Regularly review accounts and provide insightful business analysis to customers.
* Sales and Revenue:
o Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
o Promote client retention, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
o Negotiate and finalize deals effectively.
