We’re hiring a senior AI engineer to own RAG systems, MCP, and tool integrations for ARDI — our production AI assistants used by real estate associations and MLSs across North America.
This role is for someone who enjoys turning messy data + APIs into reliable AI tools.
Not prompt hacking. Not research.
What you’ll do
* Build and improve production RAG pipelines
* Design and operate MCP servers and tools
* Connect ARDI to new APIs, datasets, and systems
* Improve grounding, retrieval accuracy, and trust
* Debug hallucinations by fixing retrieval and context
* Work closely with product and customers on real use cases
What we’re looking for
* Strong hands-on experience with RAG systems
* Real experience with MCP and tool orchestration
* Python in production environments
* Vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
* Experience with ingestion pipelines and unstructured data
* Senior-level judgment: you know why things break
Nice to have
* Azure or cloud-native deployments
* AI agents / multi-tool systems
* Search, IR, or NLP background
* Enterprise or regulated data experience
