About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager – LATAM to lead and scale our operations across the region. This role is 80% operations-focused, with responsibility for resource management, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR, HR compliance, and strategic growth. The remaining 20% requires technical acumen to manage tech people, understand how tech operations are run, and participate in technical discussions with clients.
The right candidate will have proven experience in managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence. They must be adept at building and inspiring high-performing teams, driving compliance and retention, and cultivating trusted long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
People, HR & Resource Management
* Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
* Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.
* Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and structured feedback channels.
Tech Operations Oversight
* Manage and scale tech operations and delivery teams.
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
* Provide credible oversight in technical discussions with clients.
* Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across LATAM.
* Act as the primary liaison for client needs, service delivery, and customer success.
* Represent the company at local and regional events, forums, and client meetings.
Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth
* Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional/global leadership.
* Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
Financial & Market Insight Contribution
* Support budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
* Provide local market intelligence to inform global strategic decisions.
Key Qualifications & Skills
* Experience:
8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.
* People & HR Management:
Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.
* Tech Operations Oversight:
Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams (Must Have)
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Strategic & Operational Skills:
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational and delivery plans, while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* Communication:
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required;
Spanish and Portuguese proficiency are strong advantages.
* Technical Tools:
Familiarity with CRM systems, business management platforms, and performance reporting tools.
