The role focuses on recruiting engineers for Sweden, helping candidates relocate, and supporting them throughout the process with a global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management for relocation tasks.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage engineers in the IT sector who are open to moving to Sweden.Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust during the relocation process.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish management team to support relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries.Contribute to helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.Engage with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in IT or related technical fields.Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with flexibility to find the best solution for each challenge.High quality standards and strong brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper-intermediate English proficiency.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with recruitment closing capabilities.Self-confident, sociable, motivated and resilient; able to handle rejection constructively.Goal-oriented with a professional yet approachable demeanor toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment DetailsLocation: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Paid holidays and 20 paid vacation days per year.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday; overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Full-time long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.Please send your English CV to: ******.
