The candidate will be responsible for providing onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations while maintaining compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Provide onsite IT infrastructure and desk-side support to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS-related issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Perform desktop imaging and application installation/support Resolve Outlook-related issues and manage email configurations Handle printer troubleshooting and conference room IT setups Networking & Systems Basic support for LAN/WAN environments Work with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP Troubleshoot network connectivity and cabling issues Support virtualization and enterprise environments (basic level) Smart Hands Support Provide hands-on support for IT and network equipment including: Routers, switches, firewalls Racks, cabinets, patch panels End-user devices and peripherals Incident & Problem Management Manage and resolve tickets using tools like ServiceNow/Remedy Perform repeat call analysis and implement preventive solutions Ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines Document issues, solutions, and processes<
