Job Title: Salesforce System Analyst

Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce System Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving the optimization and enhancement of our Sales Cloud platform, ensuring seamless Salesforce migration, effective Salesforce administration, and robust system configuration and implementation. The Salesforce System Analyst will play a pivotal role in aligning our CRM capabilities with business goals, improving sales processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
Perform comprehensive Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and system maintenance.
Configure and customize Sales Cloud features to meet evolving business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce .
Drive the implementation of new Salesforce functionalities and third-party integrations to enhance system capabilities.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal platform efficiency.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of Salesforce tools.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Salesforce System Analyst or similar role.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Platform App Builder, or relevant advanced certifications are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and CRM best practices.
Demonstrated experience in Salesforce migration, administration, configuration, and implementation projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
