Business Data Analyst Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in Agile Product Delivery initiatives to ensure seamless project execution.
* Leverage reporting tools like Power BI and Office for analysis and visualization.
* Develop strategic roadmaps to drive company forward.
* Act as liaison between business units, IT, and external customers, providing expert recommendations and insights.
Requirements:
* Strong background in launching software solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams.
* Excellent proficiency in wireframes, prototyping, iterative development, and agile principles.
* Ability to inspire teams to work collaboratively towards common goals.
* Experience driving end-to-end delivery of innovative products, including various mechanisms.
* Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization, and time management.
* Familiarity with MS Power BI for business reporting and self-service.
* Prior experience working in global, highly matrixed Consumer Packaged Goods companies, preferably in Supply Chain domains.
* Knowledge of CPG market trends, customer needs, and industry insights.
