- ** Your Role **:As Customer Excellence Specialist, you organize and supervise the transport of all orders and ensure that your customers are overall satisfied. HSE and data quality is always at the forefront of the work you do. You act as the customer's front line support by providing information and answering questions while building and maintaining a strong and trustful partnership with customers, suppliers, colleagues and business unit. The specialist is responsible for the profitability of orders, correct invoicing and data quality.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Arrange and supervise the transport of cargo.
Ensure all systems are kept up to date promptly.
Monitor the operational performance of all involved parties and report any issues that may occur.
Review and ensure that any KPIs agreed with the customer are met.
Participate in training to develop yourself and your knowledge.
Execute the business in line with rates given by, ensuring profit maximization.Manage GP planning.Maintain an accurate level of data quality.Proactive engagement with other teams (hubs, chartering, engineering, BU, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition.Maintain all FSL activities within KPI.
Foster a can-do spirit to build a solution-orientated team.
Good planning and organization skills; ability to multitask and be a self-starter.Review daily operational reports and action all required activities.
Safety first mindset and report all Unsafe Acts/Conditions and incidents.
**Your Skills and Experiences **:Logistics or Supply Chain area related University Degree.- Experience in customer care (end-to-end process)
Relevant experience in Project Logistics- English knowledge (written and speaking)
