**Position Description**
- As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will:
- Be responsible for the areas of Business Intelligence, Commercial Effectiveness, Competitive Intelligence, and Data Infrastructure.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for commercial data, analytics, and AI.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across various domains and expertise.
- Design and refine operating models for Data, Analytics & AI functions.
- Establish robust data governance frameworks tailored for commercial data domains.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the Management Team.
- Ensure timely and actionable BI reports and interactive dashboards.
- Lead the development of advanced analytics models and AI use cases.
- Collaborate on technology evaluations and recommendations.
**Required Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field with proven track record in developing and implementing business insights and analytics strategies.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
