Project Management Consultant - SAP EPPM and Resource Optimization
We are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM & Resource Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, particularly in processes related to C4P (Customer for Projects).
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and optimizing project management, resource planning, and project-related operational processes in a dynamic, international environment.
1. Lead and support implementations and enhancements in SAP EPPM on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
2. Configure and optimize Resource Management, workforce planning, and project staffing flows
3. Integrate project operations with C4P and related Public Cloud modules
4. Analyse business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP Public Cloud solutions
5. Provide functional expertise, best practices, documentation, and user training
6. Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
7. Support testing cycles, UAT sessions, and go-live/hypercare phases
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and configure SAP EPPM solutions on the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud platform
* Optimize resource management, workforce planning, and project staffing processes
* Develop and maintain effective project management systems
* Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EPPM and/or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and optimization
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
