We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Developer, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on a robust, monolithic application, ensuring reliability and high performance.
Develop new features according to business requirements, following best development and architectural practices.
Investigate and correct bugs and incidents, conducting root cause analysis when necessary.
Support the gradual modernization of the application, contributing technical insights and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high‑quality and consistent deliveries.
Participate in code reviews, help define development standards, and maintain technical documentation.
Provide technical support and mentorship to the team, when needed.
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience with Java and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, or similar).
Solid background working with legacy systems and monolithic architectures.
Proficiency in frontend development using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and clean code practices.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work end‑to‑end across the development lifecycle, from analysis to deployment.
Desirable Skills
Experience with application modernization or migration initiatives.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Understanding of automated testing practices and quality assurance.
