As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account planning.
* In this role, you will manage existing client relationships within assigned territories.

* Your key focus areas include acquiring new key accounts within your territory.
* Regular business reviews with clients will be conducted to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
* You will also identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
* Reporting on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights is crucial for this role.
* Collaboration with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients will contribute to the development of new products/services.
* Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities is essential to proactively identifying potential threats and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* A proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
