Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for managing large ad budgets across Meta and Google primarily.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads for US based ecommerce brands. You should be able to demonstrate a portfolio of work that showcases your ability to deliver high-quality results and hit core KPIs.
A self-starter with excellent analytical skills, you will be able to monitor ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns and achieve desired results for our clients. Your expertise in creative testing through media buying on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads is also essential.
You will be responsible for creating performance marketing reports for the accounts you manage, accurately displaying analytics, results, and next steps. Additionally, you will strategize ways to improve the overall marketing strategy for our brands to increase effectiveness.
Maintaining awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities
* Manage Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ad accounts of US based ecommerce brands
* Run ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Monitor ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns and achieve desired results for our clients
* Run profitable creative testing campaigns and identify trends to communicate with clients what is working and what we should create more of
* Create performance marketing reports for accounts managed to accurately display analytics, results, and next steps
* Strategize ways to improve overall marketing strategy for our brands to increase effectiveness
* Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
