This is a hands-on execution role for someone who already knows social media.You will work closely with their Senior Specialists and Senior Manager, taking ownership of mid-tier campaign coordination, skilled content support, and reporting and analytics. Strong English writing skills and a confident grasp of LinkedIn content are essential — as is the ability to exercise content judgement independently.You will be able to confidently use AI to support efficiency but have good judgment and attention to detail to ensure outputs are accurate and effective.Please note: This is a contract role through the end of the year (December 31).Key Responsibilities:Skilled Content SupportSelect assets for posts across mid-tier campaigns, applying content judgment and brand standardsWrite captions for quick-turn posts and one-off content requests, in line with brand tone and best practicesEnsure posts align with brand guidelines before publishingSupport with Elevate (employee advocacy platform) requests, including self-serve rolloutCampaign CoordinationOwn coordination of campaigns end-to-endLiaise with internal stakeholders to manage timelines, approvals, and content plansManage campaign tracking and visibility for assigned workstreamsReporting and AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards and data collection frameworks for monthly, quarterly, and annual reportsProduce campaign reportsPublishing and Content CalendarUpload and schedule some content in Sprinklr, ensuring correct tagging and visibilityWhat We're Looking For:EssentialMinimum 3 years of social media experience, with a strong LinkedIn track record — social content creation experience is essentialExcellent written English — you can write clean, on-brand captions and coordinate across multiple stakeholders without heavy oversightStrong content judgement — you can select assets and write for social independently, and know what good looks like on LinkedInProven experience managing content calendars and coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with reporting: you can pull data, build dashboards, and present findings clearlyExperience with social media publishing tools (Sprinklr or similar)Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities with minimal directionPreferredExperience coordinating social media for a B2B, professional services, or large corporate brandFamiliarity with employee advocacy platformsExperience producing or supporting reporting outputs for senior stakeholdersProficiency with MS Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)What to ExpectThis is a high-output, fast-paced role.
