Senior Culinary Director
As a senior culinary leader, you will be responsible for directing and supervising a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Directing and evaluating direct reports
* Coaching and mentoring junior chefs
* Maintaining recipe folders and ensuring Public Health guidelines are followed
* Overseeing food production and controlling costs
* Reporting discrepancies and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale hotel or cruise ship
* Culinary school degree and intermediate computer software skills required
* Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment and maintain good relationships with Senior Officers and corporate office
Qualifications and Education

Key Skills
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and number flow
