As a Partner Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and driving business growth.
You will be responsible for:
Partner Relationship Management
* Acting as a trusted advisor for partners on business matters related to our platform.
* Fostering long-term relationships through regular communication sessions, industry events, and online meetings.
* Assisting in resolving partner concerns and mitigating dissatisfaction.
* Maintaining accurate CRM data and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new partners.
Collaboration & Business Development
* Developing a deep understanding of partners' businesses, market specifics, and unique needs.
* Supporting partners in migrating their customers to our platform, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Maintaining market research to identify growth opportunities and drive business development.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 1-year experience in sales or customer service roles in the IT sector.
* Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Excellent time-management skills, high productivity, and speed of work.
* Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions.
